Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Born on the 2nd of December, 1981 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model who is well-known for her appearances in both movies and television shows. Brandt started out her acting in her role in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. After that she was offered her first American role in Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia. Over the past decade, the actress has been featured in numerous TV shows including the likes from Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Since 2016 Brandt has been playing the role in the role of Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy show Lucifer which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt has a family within Cape Town South Africa. When she reached her late teens, she relocated to Auckland New Zealand along with her siblings and mother. Brandt started her modelling career with ads and commercials. She worked as a consultant for IT recruitment and also in retail prior to becoming well-known as a fashion model. She played Leilani an NZer in the sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. In 2021 she appeared in Spartacus Blood and Sand as an unnamed young slave girl named Naevia. The role of Naevia has also been played by her in the Spartacus miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). She also was cast playing a bounty hunter demon called Mazikeen on the Netflix show Lucifer. She has played her leading role until now. In the show, she is paired with Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
